The house has been completely renovated in 4 years. Only organic materials have been used. The house dates  back to the 18th century.

The  wooden floors on the 1. and 2. floors and the the wooden staircases have been carefully and extensively restored. In the ground floor cement tiles habe eben laid. The combination of these materials give the house a special aesthetic character. The exterior of the house has also undergone extensive restoration.

Casa de Scioscia designed and furnished with great attention to detail and organic materials can be rented under following conditions: 

Option A:

The entire House is available for 6 guestes. The price for the whole house per night is 300,-€. Guestes staying one week or longer will receive 10% discount. 

Option B:

The 1st and 2nd floor with a total of 2 bedrooms, a showeroom on the 2nd floor, kitchen and balcony on the 1st floor are available für 4 persons. 

Price per room and night up to 3 nights is 105,-€

From 4 nights the price per room and night is 100,- 

Option C:

Excepionally the ground floor with its own showwer room and terrace Van be rented für a minimum stay of 5 days. This option is suitable for guestes who are not self- catering, as the kitchen is not included in this option. The price for the 5-day stay is 480,-€

In addition to the rentalprice, there are additional costs for water and electricity. There are according to consumption.

The costs for the final cleaning are staggered as follows:

Option A: 95,-€

OptionB: 65,-€

Option C: 45,-€

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. If the guestes wish a change, this costs 15,-€ per person.
