Until 1955, the Kirner Kerb was held on the Kiesel, near downtown Kirn. Due to lack of space, the festival was then moved to the Kyrau. It met the requirements for a fairground. The Kyrau is located in a beautiful landscape, it offers the appropriate flair for such a festival. For four days, the Kirner Kerb, the largest folk festival in the middle Nahe and Hahnenbach, casts a spell over numerous visitors from near and far. Over 40 stands and rides offer something for every taste. A large beer garden landscape invites every age group to linger. Family Sunday is particularly popular, when you can use many rides at reduced prices. The fireworks at the opening on Friday and at the end of the fair on Monday, as well as the large morning pint on Monday morning, are almost unique. Here the companies and shops in the region have the opportunity to present themselves with their own outfit. Groups and associations are also addressed. ONLY COURAGE!!
